Implementation times vary depending on the modules purchased and the number of users. But no matter the size you can be confident that we have the experience to make you successful.


We offer any customer running Macola a single source for their ERP solution. There will never be a need to worry about how to get the most from your Macola solution. We have the experience and knowledge you can rely on now and well into the future. We do not offer hardware but instead focus just on the solution and partner with a local firm that can provide local networking and hardware support. Many of our services are administered remotely saving the client travel fees. Having remote desktop access to the client’s system will save your company money and provide for a faster solution. However, if remote access is not available, we will utilize GoTo Meeting.

We believe in providing services on an as needed basis versus any support contracts. Some customers choose to outsource all Crystal report writing, Event Manager events and any special customizations to IBS to save internal resources from learning these skill sets. IBS focuses on making you successful and efficient at what you do best, sell your products without having to be overwhelmed with administering your ERP solution. 

Consultative Help

We provide continued support for your system after implementation on an as needed basis. Help can be by email, phone or when needed with a GoTo Meeting session.  Your support person will typically be your account representative who will know all about your individual company. We also have a dedicated support person available.
